1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KwezaCrowdFund ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including campaign organizers, donors, and visitors.

2. Who We Are

KwezaCrowdFund is operated by Kweza Digital Solutions, a company registered in Malawi. We provide an online crowdfunding platform that enables individuals, groups, and organizations in Malawi to raise funds for personal needs, community projects, education, medical expenses, and other causes.

3. Eligibility

To use KwezaCrowdFund, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent
• Be a resident of Malawi or have a valid Malawian payment method
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not be using the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

4. Campaigns

As a campaign organizer, you are responsible for:

• Creating accurate, honest, and transparent campaign descriptions
• Using raised funds solely for the stated purpose
• Providing updates to your supporters in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws in Malawi

KwezaCrowdFund reserves the right to remove campaigns that violate these terms, are misleading, or involve prohibited activities.

5. Fees and Payments

KwezaCrowdFund charges the following fees:

• Supporter fee: 3% on each donation to cover payment processing
• Organizer fee: 5% on total funds raised for platform operations

Payments are processed through PayChangu. Fund withdrawal is available via Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba, or direct bank transfer. KwezaCrowdFund is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.

6. Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, a refund may be considered if:

• The campaign is found to be fraudulent
• The organizer fails to deliver on the stated purpose
• A duplicate or accidental donation is reported within 48 hours

Refund requests should be sent to support@kwezacrowdfund.com with supporting evidence.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use KwezaCrowdFund to:

• Raise funds for illegal activities or purposes
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Spread false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Circumvent fees or attempt to defraud the Platform

8. Intellectual Property

All content on KwezaCrowdFund, including logos, design, text, and code, is the property of Kweza Digital Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

KwezaCrowdFund acts as an intermediary between campaign organizers and donors. We are not a party to any agreement between users. We do not guarantee that campaigns will reach their goals or that funds will be used as described. Our liability is limited to the fees we collect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
